Positive: It was modern inside and was well located for our short stay. We appreciated the milk, coffee and tea bags, thank you. Negative: We really liked the property and it had everything we needed for our short stay. We would recommend to family and friends. As a suggestion for improvements-there should be pillow protectors on the pillows. From an admin point of view-we were only given the access arrangements re the key code about 3 hours before we were due to arrive at the property which I found stressful and it is not something that I have experienced before when booking a property.

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is very spacious, with plenty of room to store all our luggage comfortably. Everything was spotless, and you can tell the place is really well taken care of. The host was extremely kind and courteous, making us feel welcome right from the start. The location was perfect for us — everything we needed was just around the corner, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment was also very well equipped with everything we could possibly need, from a hair dryer to coffee pods and more. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting London. Negative: If we had to mention one tiny thing, it would be that a dish towel would have been nice to have — but honestly, that’s the only thing we missed. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

Lovely apartment, lovely location Positive: Very nice and clean apartment in a very nice location. We traveled with two small children (1 and 4) and had no problems, there was a travel crib for our smallest available. So many nice (breakfast)cafes and pubs and public transport right around the corner. Negative: Only a very minor thing: we missed some bowls in the kitchen. There are only plates but no bowls whatsoever.

Positive: The room was very spacious, clean and compared to other studios and apartments in this location, I thought the value for money was excellent!! When there was an issue with the heating, I contacted them and they came to repair it immediately. Negative: Communication with staff prior to arrival was very smooth. However, there was some confusion during the stay itself, such as not receiving check-in information until the day of arrival and being asked to provide a copy of my passport at the last minute (I knew some bookings that made through Booking.com asked the guests to submit their ID though, it’s very last minute anyway).
